Is there an effie factory/sweatshop/team of elves?
Nope, just me! Occasionally the Boy helps me out with some prep work, but otherwise everything I sell is 100% made by me.

What is your return policy?
It’s my sincere hope that you’ll love your purchase even more when you see it in person, but if for some reason you’d like to return or exchange it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. ***Contact me first for return shipping instructions*** Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. Please note that you'll be responsible for any return shipping charges.

When will my order ship?
All orders of 1-3 items will be on their way within 3 business days (often sooner). Bridesmaid sets (4+ items) will be shipped in 1-2 weeks. On a tight timeline/need yours to be sent sooner? Get in touch first and I’ll let you know if it’s possible!
How will my order ship?
► CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders to Canadian addresses are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that Canada Post’s regular mail service does not include tracking or insurance. If you'd like tracking and/or insurance, contact me before you order and I'll provide you with an updated shipping cost.
**Bridesmaid sets and other large orders are sent using Canada Post's Expedited Service, which includes tracking & insurance.
► US CUSTOMERS
Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail from Niagara Falls, NY (after being couriered from my home in Eastern Canada to Niagara Falls).
What does this mean? This shipping method means you'll get your order MUCH FASTER than if it were sent through Canada Post, and it includes TRACKING so you'll know where it is along the way. (Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking number to be updated online)
► INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Orders are shipped via air mail. Note that some countries impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once the shipment reaches your country, and it is your responsibility to pay any such charges.

When will my order arrive?
All orders are sent from Halifax, Nova Scotia (Eastern Canada). Average delivery times for regular mail service:
- within Canada – 3-6 business days after shipping notification is sent
- United States – 4-7 business days after shipping notification is sent
- Everywhere else – delivery times vary greatly, usually due to the processing time as your order goes through Customs in your country
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges vary depending on what you’re ordering and where it’s going. For estimates, click here, or simply put the item in your cart and proceed to the checkout. You’ll be able to see the shipping charges before finalizing your order.
Will I be charged duty/taxes when I receive my order?
Some countries impose duty or taxes on imported goods. These charges are determined once your order arrives in your country, and any such charges are your responsibility.
Can you mark my order as a ‘gift’?
Nope, sorry! Marking an item as a ‘gift’ on the customs form is against the law, and that's a risk I'm not willing to take!
Your email said my order was shipped, but I haven’t received it yet. What’s going on?
Thank you for your patience! Occasionally, there may be delays due to holidays, inclement weather, postal strike, or other unforeseen events. As much as I’d like to be able to control things, once I’ve put your order in the mail the speed at which it arrives is beyond my control. If you’re in the US/Canada and it’s been over 2 weeks since your order was shipped, please let me know. On the rare occasion that a package isn't just delayed but actually goes missing, I'll do what it takes to make it right.
International customers: Sometimes overseas shipments will take even longer to arrive due to the receiving country’s customs process. As a resident of that country, this is usually something you’re aware of already. But just in case…I thought I’d let you know :)
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal and major credit cards. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal as a guest using any major credit card.
